We do not believe that ConSet products will be sold at art auctions in New York in 50 years - not that it is not an interesting thought, but our minds work differently. We have chosen function and price as priorities above architectural expression. Someone might say that one does not exclude the other, but we think it does.
Most shapes are determined by their function, but naturally there will always be room for design. The design comes from the people around ConSet: Employees at the warehouse and the office, users, dealers, girlfriends and wives. We do use external designers and architect, but the priorities, choices and consequenses are ours.
This could be done in many ways, but doing it our way, we can guarantee the customers do not pay royalties to designers or any other hidden brand costs.
